Re: tie rods
The Canadian Tire tool works fine, use the smallest socket that is in the kit (it will be approx 1.5mm too big) then shim it with a washer/piece of metal. One twist and it will be loose. I just returned the tool to the Shawnessy location at like 6pm tonight, so if you need it snap it up before someone else does.

Re: BaggedGLI - The Rebuild
Haven't had warm enough weather to do the engine bay. Got my old subframe out though and the IDF one in less a sway bar.
It had been bent on the passenger side and was a fight to get the control arm bolted on. I don't know if they use a jig or not but either they don't and it's not straight or they took it out too soon and it shrank, was a ***** to get lined up and bolted in.
Trunk lid and bumper got repainted on the 25th, trunk lid i f'd up the bodywork wasnt quite perfect, bumper was painted shitty and rock chips everywhere.

Got my axles out, getting rebooted in 7 hours, dropping my hood off for paint in 5. Then I need to source new tie rod ends on a Saturday as well as find the special tool. 81 hours my car gets 3M'd and 99 hours I leave for Vegas.

Re: BaggedGLI - The Rebuild
Now, should I pull that grille out of the bumper and do a badgeless or keep that molded grill?

I actually like them, even with the smaller lip. Not too flashy at all which is awesome
