Update

-Got the UM tune thanks to Tracy and Natty, the car feels alot smoother, and feels abit faster. While I was getting the tune I told Fred to delete the CEL for Secondary air pump as I was gonna take it out. Well today I took it out, so no more vacuum noises when I start the car, But there is a hose that I have no idea what to do with( will provide pictures below). The hose that is circled in red comes from the pump and goes to the EGR? I have no idea what to do with it, so far its tapped up so nothing gets in or out. If you guys have any suggestions as to if I can remove it or anything let me know!

-Ordered some H1 projectors so I can retrofit my housings along with some DDM tuning HIDs. The reason I went for the H1 projectors is because I've never retrofitted before and want to see if its the look im going for, they were $30 off The Retrofit Source. As for the HIDs they are the AC type, 5000k with a 35w Ballast, Chose these because thats what I have on my car right now and they haven't failed like the Ebay ones. Everything will be sold as soon as I can get my hands on some more money so I can get better projectors, and glass lenses.

-Got a camera yesterday so Im pretty pumped. Got a Nikon D3300, It takes some pretty nifty pictures compared to my phone, will include more pictures when I figure out more stuff.

What the hose goes into, Im guessing its the EGR if this car even has one... lol

Figured it all out. That hose went to the Combi Valve which I took off and covered the hole till I get or make a block off plate.

How does your torque curve feel with the UM tune? More torquey down low? Wider rev range? How does it feel to pass people on the highway in 5/6th gear?
I ask because I'm also considering the UM tune for my 12v.

I feel the torque down lower, not a massive difference but you can feel it. The Rev range is alot bigger, rev limiter is at 7200rpm, so a 700 increase. To pass people on the highway in 5th/6th feels the same I think... Havent really payed attention. The 2 things i like the most about it is the rev limiter and the fuel efficiency. Its alot more fuel efficient for me, not too sure how it is for others

Relocated the power steering reservoir, took longer then I thought, but the engine bay looks abit cleaner. relocated it on the passenger side under the headlight (picture got deleted). Also got my projectors and HID for the retrofit, just waiting on the wiring then im gonna hook everything up.



Also forgot to re-attatch the driver side fender liner.... so after about 10 min of driving I figured out what the noise was... the hole that you see in the picture can fit both my hands through it.

Retrofitted!
H1 ballast, and Iris shroud off the retrofit source and 35w 5000k HID's off DDMtuning.com. Rewired the DRLs from the reflector housing into the turn signal. I'm very pleased with the results but I do need clear or glass lenses as the tinted ones suck!

Thanks! Still getting used to the look of it, just cause im so used to the reflector look. also having problems adjusting the passenger side headlight so I'm taking that side apart tomorrow to see whats wrong :(

Have you thought of extending the Iris shroud back to the reflector to cover up the projector from certain angles at all?
Also did you mention which projectors you used in your retrofit?

How would I go about moving the shroud back? there seems to be very little room. Also I used the "standard H1 Bi-xenon Projectors" from the close out section from the retrofit source. For $30 I couldn't pass up the deal.

Haven't really been active for the last month and abit in Eurodrivers because I was travelling around Europe. I made a short video on some drive bys with my car but it didnt upload before I left so here it is.
