Yeah we torched it and used all of the above and it just wouldn't move.Originally posted by MechEngg View PostOh wow that sucks. Even with PB blaster and heat? That is what i had to use with my old jetta along with a vice and man muscles
And yeah my "performance" summers didn't get me much more then two blocks. I went to b*tch about them not having my tire fixed since they hadnt called, but when I showed up it was done. So now I'm all goodLast edited by BolideVW; 10-23-2012, 03:28 PM.

I'm guessing your front tires had no grip this morning?

All lonely when I had to leave her on the side of a road and walk to school:

Plowing snow:

And for those of you that didn't know, I installed my DP, if anyone has a rear o2 sensor they'd like to give me or sell to me for cheap let me know:

Re: Whipping my mama volvo...ugh VW
Not much of an update, but I ordered my downpipe last night. Hopefully it will be here before the install party next weekend.
And not really car related, but my dad and I (mostly my dad, I suck at wood work and stuff like that) built these shelves today to store our tires/wheels and mostly car parts.
Now I also have more room to work on the car, so that's also a plus.

Alright, so I got my TIP installed the other day and wasn't going to say anything since I was not impressed with its performance....Might have worked better if I had remembered to plug BOTH hoses into the DV. Now with that out of the way...all I can say is WOW. Pulls nice for sure, sounds good and helps breathe better. Definitely a recommended mod, butt dyno felt a difference. Next on the list will either be; new trunk, exhaust or wheels.

Hey, I had to make one of those hockey puck things yesterday!Originally posted by MechEngg View PostWhen you get really low then your side skirts actually prevent the widowmaker from working properly and you need a low-profile jack and scored hockey puck to make it work. Unless you have air

You have yet to learn the ways of being low. Widow maker to get it up enough for your jack, then use the real jack and jackstands.

Re: Whipping my mama volvo...ugh VW
My jack won't fit under my car, so I kinda have to use this until I can get the other one under. Hoping to get a low-pro jack asap.
And thanks for the compliments.
