I've had a few people ask about the watches.. so I grabbed some crappy iPhone pictures.... I know they are crappy pictures.. and it really doesnt do them any justice.

you can't use the words "too big" and "watch" in the same sentence............

It also depends on how big or small your wrists are. I know I've got smaller wrists and a 49mm face would be absolutely gigantic!

asp: 49mm that is going to be a huge watch.
its not really that big, tried one on at spare parts the other day and its just slightly bigger than my nixon cannon

I guess I looked at it a different way...
Although I can't afford the real thing, I picked these watches out because I liked the look of them, (I'll admit I dont know much about them) and they had full auto movement and seemed to keep time as well as the next.

If that Fiero looked identical.. performed the same.. and had a price tag that was 1.6% of the Ferrari? I'd sure give the Fiero a look. Probably would back away since Im a 'passionate car person' but with watches I'm not passionate. Sure I think they look cool... but to me they tell time all the same! I can tell the difference in quality with my authentic Tag.. but it certainly doesnt keep time any better or worse then my fake B&R. (Actually my Tag is battery operated...where as my B&R's are auto!)

I've heard porsche is just a replica VW..........ohhhhhhhh! JUST KIDDING KRIS

    Derek,
It is probably true, however if you don't intend on diving with the watch I'm sure it will be fine unpressurized.......

Quick qestion for you watch experts. I bought a NIXON tide about 2 years ago. The battery is currently dead. I went to rednik to see if they could replace the battery but she told me the watch would have to be sent back to nixon. She said that being a Tide, once they took it apart to replace the battery, they would need to repressurize it. Does this sound like ******** to anyone else?

I expected Canada Post which is easy to deal with at home, but came Fedex so now I will probably just have to pick it up at the depot, since the Mrs is away.

I have to pick up my Dad's Concord at Calgary Jewelers soon so looking to see if they have anything nice and new, plus might be time to send my Monaco in for service.

I think a lot of you would actually be impressed by the quality of some of the Higher quality knock offs.. I got a few while I was in China... fully automatic, skeleton back, and have been keeping perfect (or near perfect) time!

I actually have two Bell and Ross I would consider getting rid of.. they just dont fit under my shirt cuffs!
