Thanks! I did buy an HPA Competition controller but had issues installing it over the weekend. Possible fitment issue so I emailed HPA about it and hopefully will deal it with it this week.

And i was actually going to use TJ as an example for the bags vs. coils argument. iirc he only had bags for a few weeks before he tossed them and got a good coil set up. This was after doing alot of research, getting a good kit and doing sway bars and other things to make the handling as good as could be

You should be good with that setup. I'd definitely recommend that you roll your fenders when you go lower, though
Thanks, Scott! Now, if only I can get that deal wrapped up in Vortex haha!

    Fingers crossed.

Here's what ET41 looks like. Not bad:

I'll def change the tires when I go lower though.

My OEM wheels are 17x7.5 ET51 and my summers are 19x8.5 ET44. My summers sit almost perfectly flush with my fenders. If you can get a mid to high 40s offset then that would probably be best.

Scroll through this thread and you'll probably be able to figure out what offset will be best, as well as tires size to avoid rubbing when you lower the car

Edit: Actually, it looks like you should be fairly flush with that setup. You'll definitely want stretched tires when you go lower though. Probably a 215/40R18 if you're static, maybe a 205 if you decide to do bags.

Looking at rims... Someone indulge with "Will It Fit?":

    18x8 ET40
    225/40/18

This. Plus this way you can do it slowly (coils first, then sway bars if wanted, then other suspension goodies) without having to spend a huge lump sum of cash. Perhaps even have it ready for Driven
