Today is one of the best days ever, she lives! I honestly did not expect the engine swap to be complete in only 4 days, and the car does not have any problems at all! Wilwood brakes, oettinger body kit, 19 inch bbs etc went in before the engine swap. Now the car is powered by a techtonics cammed 3.2 VR6 controlled by an United motorsports custom 2.8 24V ecu, power is transferred through a Calgary Autoworks rebuilt O2M with a Wavetrac LSD, the car is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Big thanks to everyone at Calgary Autoworks for many parts and services, Jason and Terry and everyone else who was involved with the build! Check out the full build at Instagram #projecticreate

No after that it's just a bunch of short to ground codes, natty suggests a bad fuel pump relay, which showed up on the code almost every time I believe.

Anyways, in all seriousness i think you may just have a faulty camshaft position sensor, earlier tonight you mentioned that there was some sort of camshaft position sensor code on Vag-Com, and if im not mistaken, a faulty CPS can cut the fuel and spark?

Help MK4 gurus! 3.2 swap is near finished but we stumbled across a pretty big issue, some thing is not right with the wiring, UM told me to use the 2.8 ecu and engine harness with their swap file, but when we tried to start it today it wouldn't, it threw some ground wire codes and I'm confused, all the ground wires are connected up, the fuel pump is not priming, does anyone know if the 1.8T and the 2.8 has the same chassis harness? Or does anyone have a mk4 Bentley I could borrow that has the wiring diagram? Thanks in advance guys!

Yup in fact most of the under pinning a will be from the silver one, coilovers, transmission, subframe, Ecu, harness, exhaust, and lots of interior stuff.

My guess would be the largest would be for the brake booster, the smallest for the FPR and the last one for emmissions/evap control for bringing fuel vapors into the intake or something similar. But those are just guesses

Need some 3.2 VR6 owners to help here, what are the three vacuum line connections on the right side of this picture for?
